Sven Karlovic is senior scientific assistant at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, Zagreb. He has MSc and PhD in biotechnical sciences, and is involved in various research topics, including drying, texture analysis, particle size analysis, distillation, mathematical modeling, high pressure and ultrasonics.
