I was a Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) presidential scholarship student with the Nutrition Research Centre Ireland (NRCI), where I worked on a research project entitled “Non-dietary determinants of Lutein and Zeaxanthin in the Irish population: The Irish LongituDinal Study on Aging (TILDA)”. I have presented at several international and national scientific conferences.
