Dr. Anisa Peculi is member of the department of Agrofood Technology, at the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food (Agricultural University of Tirana, AUT). She is involved in teaching of two modules: "Food Processing Technology" (bachelor) and “Processing of soft drinks and beverages" (bachelor). Also she is a senior researcher in the research group of “Food Engineering”. Her main objectives in the research are focused mostly in the understanding and developing of unit operation and their application in different food processing technology. The aim of all these applications is to ensure a safe and quality food. The research tends to adapt the modern processing without destroying the characteristics of food but also to ensure the safety and quality of food
